Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Please share an unboxing video or photo proof within 48 hours
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the variety of items we sell, the following are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Items marked final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For the same item exchange, please contact us with your order details.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • In cases of our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping.
